To be considered for a scholarship from the PTO towards the cost of the yearbook, please click the button below to download the form. Fill it out and submit to your teacher. The PTO Board will be reviewing scholarship requests at the 20 March PTO Board meeting and you will receive notification after that meeting on their decision.
