PROPOSED AGENDA

1. Welcome and Call Meeting to Order (Liz)
2. Introductions
3. Old Business
1. Approve March 2025 meeting minutes (Found at www.hbpto.net/blog)
1. Ann motions to approve; Sam approves
4. Read-A-Thon Update (Liz)
1. $10,302 total funds raised
2. Look into alternatives to fundhub for the online platform in the future; which better align with HB mission. FundHub requires individual student registration which creates additional work for parents/caregivers. Additionally FundHub tallies individual fundraising, which is not needed for our fundraising purposes. 
1. Other options mentioned during the meeting: Give Lively and Venmo 
3. Consider aligning with February and Breakfast with a Book
1. Next school year the Read-A-Thon starts at the end of February
5. Twins Game Night Update
1. 200-250 attendees
2. Overall fun night and successful event
3. Betsy will follow up with the Twins about getting the video of the 7th Inning Stretch
6. Yearbook Update
1. When do yearbooks come in?
7. Restaurant Fundraisers
1. Sneak one more restaurant fundraiser in before the end of year; Liz will reach out to potential restaurants
8. Staff Appreciation Week – May 5-9
1. Rolling this out to first grade class; a small group of 1st grade parents have been identified and stepped up to help plan the week; we will have a meeting on Monday 4/21 
9. Spring Bike/Walk/Ride to School – May 7
1. 8:45am kickstands up
2. Savage Fire and Police
3. PTO – provide snacks, water
10. May Family Fun Night – May 9
1. Liz will create a Sign Up Genius to volunteer at the event
2. Identify a volunteer to organize the food, which is pizza, chips and water
3. Movie options discussed: Despicable Me 4 / The Wild Robot / Garfield / Moana 2 / Inside Out 2 and many others
11. Grade Level Initiative 
1. Staff Appreciation Week / 1st Grade Volunteers
2. Consider PreK and K for Restaurant Fundraisers?
3. Organize messages to go out to each class group for the following year
12. Approve 2025-2026 Calendar (Liz)
13. 2025-2026 Board Ballot
1. Email and Flyer to be sent out 
14. Treasurer Update (Sam) 
1. Over the past few weeks, Sam has deposited funds related to Read-A-Thon, Twins, Yearbook and 5th Grade Send-off. He will be reconciling these and report at next month’s meeting.
